RESOLUTION NO. 98-644
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION FROM THE
1991 WETLAND ACT
THE FLESNER PROPERTY 16220 OLD ROCKFORD RD., (98162)
(E1/2 NEI/4 See. 17, T118N, R22W)
WHEREAS, Theodore Flesner propose to fill less than 2,000 sq. ft of a type one wetland,
and
WHEREAS, the filling of this type of wetland is exempt from the Minnesota Wetland
Conservation Act under De Minimus Exemptions (8420.0122 Subp. 9).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the
Certificate of Exemption Form for the Flesner property
Adopted by the City Council on October 21, 1998.
