RESOLUTION NO. 98-642
AUTHORIZE THE INSTALLATION OF "NO PARKING" SIGNS ON
FERNDALE ROAD — U.S. HWY. 12 TO CO. RD. 6
CITY PROJECT NO. 6007
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth will undertake the improvement of Ferndale Road between
south City limits and Co. Rd. 6; and
WHEREAS, it is a requirement of the Office of State Aid that parking be restricted on
Ferndale Road between south City limits and Co. Rd. 6; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Director of Public Works is hereby
authorized to install "No Parking" signs on the east side of Ferndale Road between south
City limits and Co. Rd. 6.
Adopted by the City Council on October 21, 1998.
