SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 98-618
VACATION OF A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT AND
EASEMENT RIGHTS FOR DRAINAGE AND UTILITY PURPOSES OVER
PART OF ADJACENT HALF OF VACATED STREET IN
LOT 1, BLOCK 2, WESTMINSTER ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of a drainage and utility easement
and easement rights for drainage and utility purposes over part of adjacent half of vacated
street in Lot 1, Block 2, Westminster Addition by Resolution No. 98-618.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be recorded until the
property owner fiirnishes to the City a drainage easement for ponding and a six foot drainage
and utility easement on the northwesterly portion of vacated Xenium Lane.
Adopted by the City Council on October 7, 1998.
