RESOLUTION NO. 98-614
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO SIGN THE
RESTRICTIVE COVENANT FOR BRIDGID GLENN ADDITION (98063)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the development contract for Bridgid Glenn on
August 11, 1998 Resolution No. 98-491; and
WHEREAS, Janco, Inc. has purchased the property with the exception of Lot 8, Block 1
from the Minneapolis Laestadian Lutheran Church; and
WHEREAS, Minneapolis Laestadian Lutheran Church wants a restrictive covenant stating
that the drainage and utility easement across Lot 8, Block 1 is limited to underground
sanitary sewer, water and storm sewer only; and
WHEREAS, the restrictive covenant does not affect the City's right to maintain or repair the
underground utilities; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby
authorized to sign the restrictive covenant for Lot 8, Block 1, Bridgid Glenn Addition
Adopted by the City Council on October 7, 1998.
