RESOLUTION NO. 98-613
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION OF
PART OF DEERWOOD LANE STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY AND
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS AND DRAINAGE
EASEMENT FOR PONDING WITHIN
LOTS 7, 8, 9, 10 AND 11, BLOCK 1, AND LOTS 2 AND 3, BLOCK 2,
AND OUTLOT A AND B, PIKE LAKE WOODS ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Daniel Thurmes,
on behalf of Pike Lake Woods, Inc. has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the
following drainage and utility easements, drainage easement for ponding and street right-of-way:
All of the drainage and utility easements within Lots 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11, Block 1
and Lots 2 and 3, Block 2 and Outlots A and B as platted in Pike Lake Woods
Hennepin County.
Also
the drainage and utility easement and easement for ponding within Outlot B as
platted in Pike Lake Woods, Hennepin County.
Also
that part of Deerwood Lane North as platted in Pike Lake Woods, Hennepin
County, Minnesota lying 25 feet northerly and 25 feet southerly as measured
perpendicular to the existing centerline and which lies westerly of the southerly
extension of Lot 11, Block 1 as platted in Pike Lake Woods.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
November 4, 1998 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council on October 7, 1998.
