ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION OF
A TRAIL EASEMENT
DOCUMENT NO. 5959524
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Daniel J. Fair of
Elim Care, Inc. has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following Trail easements
created by Document No. 5959524:
The east 30 feet of the west 80 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 18, Township 118 North, Range 22
West, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Excepting therefrom the north 50 feet.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
November 4, 1998 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
