RESOLUTION 98-598
APPROVING ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR DECK CONSTRUCTION AT
5305 UNION TERRACE LANE NORTH
WHEREAS, Elizabeth Pagel has requested approval to execute an encroachment
agreement; and;
WHEREAS, the property is legally described as:
Lot 10, Block 2, The Ponds at Bass Creek 2nd Addition, and;
WHEREAS, the City finds the encroachment agreement to be in the best interest of the
homeowners, subject to the conditions stated therein, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the mayor and clerk are hereby
authorized to sign, on behalf of the City of Plymouth an encroachment agreement that will
allow the constriction of a deck at property located at 5305 Union Terrace Lane North.
Adopted by the City Council on October 7, 1998.
