RESOLUTION NO. 98-594
APPROVING GARBAGE HAULER LICENSE
FOR AW DISPOSAL, INC.
WHEREAS, an application for a garbage hauler license has been received from AW
Disposal, Inc. and
WHEREAS, all required fees, certificates of insurance, and surety bond have been
provided.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that a garbage hauler license is
hereby approved for AW Disposal for the period October 7, 1998, through March 31,
1999.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on October 7, 1998.
