FINDING NO OBJECTION TO LAWFUL GAMBLING EXEMPTION
FOR OAKWOOD ELEMENTARY PTA
WHEREAS, notice of Lawful Gambling Exemption have been submitted to the City by
Oakwood Elementary School PTA for a raffle to be conducted on January 29, 1999.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it
finds no objection to the Lawfid Gambling Exemption for Oakwood Elementary PTA for an
event at Oakwood Elementary School, 17340 County Road 6, on January 29, 1999. The City
further waives the 30—day approval waiting period.
Adopted by the City Council on October 7, 1998.
