AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF
PART OF THE DRAINAGE EASEMENT FOR PONDING PURPOSES IN
BASS LAKE CORPORATE CENTER ADDITION
BASS CREEK BUSINESS PARK ADDITION
BASS CREEK BUSINESS PARK 2N' ADDITION
BASS CREEK BUSINESS PARK 3P -D ADDITION
WI-IEREAS, a petition was received to vacate drainage easement for ponding purposes within Bass Lake
Corporate Center Addition, Bass Creek Business Park Addition, Bass Creek Business Park 2"a Addition
and Bass Creek Business Park 3 a Addition; and
VJ-IEREAS, said petition was signed by a majority of the owners of the land abutting the area proposed to
be vacated; and
WI-IEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for September 16, 1998 in
accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06; and
WI-IEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks prior to the
meeting of September 16, 1998; and
WI-IEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by mail; and
WI-IEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on September 16, 1998 to inform any and all interested
parties relevant to the vacation of drainage easement for ponding purposes within Bass Lake Corporate
Center Addition, Bass Creek Business Park Addition, Bass Creek Business Park 2"a Addition and Bass
Creek Business Park 3rd Addition; and
WI-IEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were not needed for public
purposes;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the following drainage easement for ponding purposes be vacated:
All that part of the drainage easement for ponding purposes lying within Outlot A, Bass
Lake Corporate Center Addition, which lies southerly of the north line of Outlot A, Bass
Creek Business Park 3 a Addition, according to the recorded plats thereof, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
And
All that part of the drainage easement for ponding purposes lying within Outlot B, Bass
Creek Business Park Addition which lies southerly of the north line of Outlot A, Bass
Creek Business Park 3 f Addition, according to the recorded plats thereof, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
And
That part of the drainage easement for ponding purposes lying within Outlot A, Bass Creek
Business Park 2"a Addition, which lies southerly of the north line of Outlot A, Bass Creek
Business Park 3rd Addition, according to the recorded plats thereof, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
And
That part of the drainage easement for ponding purposes lying within Outlot A, Bass Creek
Business Park 3rd Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
Adopted by the City Council on September 16, 1998.
