RESOLUTION NO. 98-574
APPROVING OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR AND
TOBACCO LICENSES FOR
FOUR SEASONS LIQUOR II, INC.
4232 LANCASTER LANE
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale intoxicating liquor
license and tobacco license from Four Seasons Liquor II, Inc., 4232 Lancaster Lane; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance
certificates; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny
the applications.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth
that an off -sale intoxicating liquor license and tobacco license is hereby approved for
Four Seasons Liquor II, Inc., 4232 Lancaster Lane. The liquor license is issued for the
period through January 31, 1999. The tobacco license is issued through December 31,
1998.
