RESOLUTION 98-548
SET COUNCIL MEETING STARTING TIME FOR DECEMBER 16, 1997
REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth is required to schedule a Truth in Taxation
continuation hearing date on the 1999 budget and tax levy; and
WHEREAS, the best available date is the same as the regular Council meeting date of
December 16, 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the regular Council meeting of
December 16, 1998 shall start following the conclusion of the continued Truth in Taxation
Hearing if a continuation hearing is needed.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on September 2, 1998.
