RESOLUTION 98-538
HENNEPIN COUNTY WASTE DELIVERY AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City owns a small garbage trick for collecting trash in our park system;
and
WHEREAS, this trash is taken to Hennepin County for disposal; and
WHEREAS, the tipping fee has been reduced from $41.00 per ton to $39.00 per ton from
September 25, 1998 to March 31, 2001.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign the Hennepin County
Waste Delivery Agreement for the disposal of trash collected at City parks.
Adopted by the City Council on September 2, 1998.
