ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION OF
EASEMENT RIGHTS FOR DRAINAGE AND UTILITY PURPOSES AND PART
OF A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
ADJACENT 1/z OF VACATED STREET AND
LOT 1, BLOCK 2
WESTMINSTER ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Mark W.
Bonneville has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following drainage and utility
easement and the following reserved rights for drainage and utility purposes created by
Document No's 1674943 and 2203351:
A. The northwesterly 10.00 feet of Lot 1, Block 2 Westminster Addition,
according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
except the northeasterly 10 feet.
B. All of the reserved easement rights set forth in City Council Resolution
No's 85-710 and 91-493, as recorded in the office of the County Recorder
for Hennepin County as Document No's 1674943 and 2203351.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of October
7, 1998 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to
publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
