RESOLUTION NO. 98-536
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION OF
SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY
TYRELL EIGHTH ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Hollies M.
Winston and Brian Mikkelson have petitioned the City Council for the vacation of Schmidt Lake
Road street right-of-way:
All of Schmidt Lake Road lying within Tyrell Eighth Addition according to the
recorded plat thereof Hennepin County, Minnesota.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of October
7, 1998 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to
publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council on September 2, 1998.
