RESOLUTION NO. 98-535
RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING
CONOR MEADOWS PLAT TWO AND THREE
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted September 2, 1998 a report
has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Conor
Meadows Plat Two and Three by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and
this report was received by the Council on September 2, 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all
the owners of real property within the plat named as the location of the
improvements.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted September 2, 1998. The petitioners have waived their right to a
public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these
improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by
Northern States Power Company.
Adopted by the City Council on September 2, 1998.
