RESOLUTION NO. 98-516
APPROVING OFF -SALE 3.2 MALT LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
HOLIDAY STATIONSTORES, INC., 3020 FERNBROOK LANE
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale 3.2 malt liquor license
from
Holiday Stationstores, Inc. 3020 Fernbrook Lane, and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance
certificates, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been conducted and no reason for denial was found.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth
that an off -sale 3.2 malt liquor license is hereby approved for Holiday Stationstores, Inc.,
3020 Fernbrook Lane for the period through June 30, 1999.
Approved by the City Council on August 19, 1998.
