RESOLUTION NO. 98-515
APPROVING ON -SALE INTOXICATING AND SUNDAY LIQUOR LICENSES
FOR CLIFF CORPORATION
D/B/A DOOLITTLES
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an on -sale and Sunday liquor license
from the Cliff Corporation d/b/a Doolittles, 15655 34th Avenue North, and
WHEREAS, the Public Safety department has conducted an investigation and found no
reason to recommend denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, the City Council conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny the
application;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth
that an on -sale intoxicating and Sunday liquor license is hereby approved for the Cliff
Corporation, 15655 34th Avenue North. Issuance of the license is contingent on receipt of
a Certificate of Occupancy.
