RESOLUTION NO. 98-514
APPROVING OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE
FOR CELLARS WINE & SPIRITS, INC., D/B/A CELLARS
WINES & SPIRITS LOCATED AT LOT 1, BLOCK 1, PLYMOUTH STATION,
MEDINA ROAD AND COUNTY ROAD 24
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale intoxicating liquor license from
Cellars Wine & Spirits of Plymouth, Inc., d/b/a Cellars Wines & Spirits, for a new business
located at Lot 1, Block 1, Plymouth Station, Medina Road and County Road 424, and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny the
license application.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an
off -sale intoxicating liquor license is hereby approved for Cellars Fine Wine and Spirits, Inc., d/b/a
Cellars Wines & Spirits, for the location at Lot 1, Block 1, Medina Road and County Road 24
from August 19, through January 31, 1999.
Approved by the City Council on August 19. 1998.
