LOCATED AT 4710 HOLLY LANE NORTH (9812 1) WHEREAS, Hollydale Golf, Inc. has requested approval of a conditional use permit and site plan amendment to allow constriction of a 60 -foot by 100 -foot steel storage/ maintenance building in the southwest portion of the Hollydale Golf Course, 4710 Holly Lane North, legally described as follows: The northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 8, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, except the north 60 rods thereof. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Hollydale Golf, Inc. for a conditional use permit and site plan amendment to allow constriction of a 60 -foot by 100 -foot steel storage/maintenance building in the southwest portion of the Hollydale Golf Course, subject to the following conditions: 1. This conditional use permit and site plan amendment allows constriction of a 60 -foot by 100 -foot steel storage/maintenance building in the southwest portion of the Hollydale Golf Course, in accordance with the application and plans received by the City on July 7, 1998, except as amended by this resolution. 2. This approval shall expire one year after the date of approval, unless the landowner or applicant has started the project, or unless the landowner or applicant has received prior approval from the City to extend the expiration date for up to one additional year, as regulated under Sections 21015.07 and 21045.09 of the Zoning Ordinance. The conditional use permit specifically approves 1) a building accessory to a golf course, and 2) the use of steel on a non-residential building in the FRD district. 4. Standard Conditions: a. No variances are granted or implied. b. A building permit is required prior to commencement of any demolition/ constriction activities. C. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. d. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance provisions. ADOPTED by the City Council on August 19, 1998. STATE OF MINNESOTA) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN) SS.
