RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 507
Approve Two -Year Contract Extension with Waste Management -Savage, Inc.
for Curbside and Drop -Off Recycling Services
WHEREAS, Waste Management -Savage, Inc. agrees to continue to provide the level of
curbside and drop-off recycling service presently available to City residents; and
WHEREAS, in year one this service will be provided without a per -household rate increase
from the prior extension approved in 1995; and
WHEREAS, the rate increase for the second year will be less than 3%.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the City of Plymouth approves the two-year
extension of the contract for recycling services with Waste Management -Savage, Inc.
Adopted by the City Council on August 19, 1998.
