RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 502
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION OF
PART OF THE DRAINAGE EASEMENT FOR PONDING PURPOSES IN
BASS LAKE CORPORATE CENTER ADDITION
BASS CREEK BUSINESS PARK ADDITION
BASS CREEK BUSINESS PARK 2ND ADDITION
BASS CREEK BUSINESS PARK 3RD ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Michele Foster has
petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following drainage easement for ponding
purposes:
All that part of the drainage easement for ponding purposes lying within Outlot A,
Bass Lake Corporate Center Addition, which lies southerly of the north line of
Outlot A, Bass Creek Business Park -1 Addition, according to the recorded plats
thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
And
All that part of the drainage easement for ponding purposes lying within Outlot B,
Bass Creek Business Park Addition which lies southerly of the north line of
Outlot A, Bass Creek Business Park -1 Addition, according to the recorded plats
thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
And
That part of the drainage easement for ponding purposes lying within Outlot A,
Bass Creek Business Park 2" a Addition, which lies southerly of the north line of
Outlot A, Bass Creek Business Park -1 Addition, according to the recorded plats
thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
And
That part of the drainage easement for ponding purposes lying within Outlot A,
Bass Creek Business Park -1 Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof,
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
September 16, 1998 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400

Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council on August 19, 1998.
