RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 500
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS WITHIN
OUTLOT B, PRIME WEST BUSINESS PARK
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Richard Palmiter
and John Allen have petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following drainage and
utility easements:
A 20.00 foot permanent easement for utility and drainage purposes over, under
and across said Outlot B. The center line of said easement is described as
follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of said Outlot A; thence on an assumed
bearing of South 89 degrees 11 minutes 28 seconds West along the north line of
said Outlot A, 329.00 feet to the point of beginning of said center line; thence
North 12 degrees 41 minutes East 40.00 feet; thence North 20 degrees 18 minutes
West 7 1. 00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 11 minutes West to the intersection of
the above described "Point A" and said center line there terminating.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
September 16, 1998 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400
Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
