RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 499
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION OF
THE DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT WITHIN
OUTLOT B, PRIME WEST BUSINESS PARK
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Richard Palmiter
and John Allen have petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following drainage and
utility easements:
All utility and drainage easements lying over, under and across Outlot B, PRIME
WEST BUSINESS PARK, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin
County, Minnesota as delineated and dedicated on said PRIME WEST
BUSINESS PARK.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
September 16, 1998 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400
Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council on August 19, 1998.
