HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1998-498CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 498 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS WITHIN OUTLOT B, PRIME WEST BUSINESS PARK WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Richard Palmiter and John Allen have petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following drainage and utility easements: A 20.00 foot permanent easement for utility and drainage purposes over, under and across part of Outlot B, said PRIME WEST BUSINESS PARK. The center line of said easement is described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of Outlot A, said PRIME WEST BUSINESS PARK; thence on an assumed bearing of South 89 degrees 11 minutes 28 seconds West, along a north line of said Outlot A, 444.12 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 00 degrees 48 minutes 32 seconds West 105.00 feet to a point hereinafter referred to as "Point A"; thence North 58 degrees 18 minutes West 440.00 feet; thence North 23 degrees 18 minutes West; 70.00 feet; thence North 01 degrees 42 minutes East 50.00 feet; thence North 79 degrees 42 minutes East 130.00 feet and said centerline there terminating. AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of September 16, 1998 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
