HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1998-496CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 496 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION OF GAYLORD AVENUE ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY PRIME WEST BUSINESS PARK WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Richard Palmiter and John Allen have petitioned the City Council for the vacation of Gaylord Avenue street right- of-way: A permanent easement for road purposes over, under and across the most westerly 30 feet of Outlot B, PRIME WEST BUSINESS PARK, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota. AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of September 16, 1998 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
