RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 464
AUTHORIZE PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT
KINGSVIEW LANE STREET IMPROVEMENTS
NIAGARA LANE TO GLEASON LAKE DRIVE
WHEREAS, the City Council has received a petition from property owners adjacent to
Kingsview Lane from Niagara Lane to Gleason Lake Drive requesting an urban street
improvement; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to undertake a Preliminary Engineering Report to determine the
work required and associated costs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that a Preliminary Engineering Report be prepared
with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the
proposed improvements are feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or
in conjunction with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvements as
recommended.
