RESOLUTION NO. 98-442
APPROVING GASOLINE SERVICE STATION LICENSE
FOR HOLIDAY STATIONSTORES, INC., DB/A/ HOLIDAY STATIONSTORE #140
WHEREAS, an application for a gasoline service station license has been received from Holiday
Stationstores, Inc., d/b/a/ Holiday Stationstore 4140, 189 Cheshire Lane, and
WHEREAS, all required fees and certificates of insurance have been provided.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that a gasoline service station license is
hereby approved for Holiday Stationstores, Inc., d/b/a/ Holiday Stationstore # 140, 189 Cheshire
Lane, for the period July 22, 1998, through December 31, 1998.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on July 22, 1998.
