RESOLUTION NO. 98-441
APPROVING GASOLINE SERVICE STATION LICENSE
FOR ERICKSON OIL PRODUCTS, INC., DB/A/ FREEDOM VALU CENTER
WHEREAS, an application for a gasoline service station license has been received from Erickson
Oil Products, Inc., d/b/a/ Freedom Valu Center, 12650 County Road 10, and
WHEREAS, all required fees and certificates of insurance have been provided.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that a gasoline service station license is
hereby approved for Erickson Oil Products, Inc., d/b/a/ Freedom Valu Center,
12650 County Road 10, for the period May 20, 1998, through December 31, 1998.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on May 20, 1998.
