HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1998-431CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 98-431 APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR JANCO, INC. FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD AND NORTHWEST BOULEVARD (98116) WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Janco, Inc. which requests approval of a lot division to divide an existing property into two parcels of land; and WHEREAS, the subject property is presently legally described on Attachment One, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof, and WHEREAS, the proposed lot arrangement for which the lot division is sought is as legally described on Attachment Two, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof, and WHEREAS, the City Council has fiilly considered the request for this lot division. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot division for Janco, Inc., for property located at the southeast corner of Schmidt Lake Road and Northwest Boulevard, subject to the following conditions: I . This resolution approves a lot division, in accordance with plan received by the City on June 23, 1998, except as amended by this resolution. 2. This lot division, as well as all future platting of the subject property, shall comply with the conditions of approval listed in Resolution No. 98-360 (adopted June 24, 1998) approving the preliminary plat for the Bridgid Glenn subdivision. 3. Prior to filing the lot division, the applicant shall provide the City with a copy of a letter from the church which grants the applicant permission to conduct the grading activities that are indicated on the church site (Parcel A). 4. Subject to Schmidt Lake Road and Northwest Boulevard. PARCEL B That part of Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 466, Hennepin County, Minnesota lying North of a line described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West line of said tract distant 555.01 feet southerly of the northwest corner; thence easterly, parallel with the North line of said tract, to the West line of Tract C, said Registered Land Survey and there terminating. Except that part thereof platted as TAMMIE MIDDLEMIST ADDITION, subject to Schmidt Lake Road and Northwest Boulevard.
