RESOLUTION 98-430
APPROVING FIRE LANE VARIANCE FOR SWEDENBORG-SHAW CONSTRUCTION TO
ALLOW A BUILDING ADDITION AT THE NORFAB BUILDING LOCATED AT 14830 —
27TH AVENUE NORTH (98096)
WHEREAS, Swedenborg -Shaw Constriction, Inc. has requested approval of a Fire Code
variance for property located at 14830 — 27"' Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, the Fire Inspector has reviewed the request and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Swedenborg -Shaw Constriction, Inc. for a Fire Code variance to allow constriction of an
addition onto the existing building without a fire lane along the westerly portion of the stricture,
subject to the following conditions:
1. The Fire Code variance is needed for the constriction of an addition to the Norfab building, as
shown on the plans received by the City on May 22, 1998 and June 30, 1998.
2. Compliance with the Fire Inspector's Memo dated July 7, 1998.
