RESOLUTION 98-429
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO W. L. HALL CORPORATION
WHEREAS, W L. Hall Corporation has completed all of their work for the installation of
the kelwell in the Plymouth Ice Center, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation is recommending approval of final
payment,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
the Finance Director is authorized to make final payment in the amount of $4,198 to W.
L. Hall Corporation.
Adopted by the City Council on July 22, 1998.
