RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 424
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT
ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
1998 TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 8021
WHEREAS, the City has received a Preliminary Engineering Report for the 1998 Trail
Improvements; and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Engineering Report was prepared by SRF Consulting Group,
Inc. and presented to the City Council at their July 8, 1998 Council meeting; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. SRF Consulting Group, Inc. is designated as the engineer to prepare plans
and specifications for the 1998 Trail Improvements in accordance with the
Preliminary Engineering Report.
2. Conduit shall be placed for a possible "flashing beacon" if in the filture
there would be a conflict with the trail along 36"' Avenue.
Adopted by the City Council on July 8, 1998.
