AMENDING RESOLUTION 98-252 REGARDING
DENIAL OF TOBACCO LICENSE FOR ARKADY' S MARKET
BE IT RESOLVED by the Plymouth City Council that Resolution 98-252 is amended to
allow Arkady's Market to submit reapplication for a tobacco license to be effective
August 6, 1998.
Adopted by the City Council on July 8, 1998.
