RESOLUTION NO. 98-421
APPROVING OFF -SALE 3.2 MALT LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
HOLIDAY STATIONSTORES, INC., 9700 BETTY CROCKER DRIVE
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale 3.2 malt liquor license from
Holiday Stationstores, Inc. 9700 Betty Crocker Drive; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been conducted and no reason for denial was found.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an off -
sale 3.2 malt liquor license is hereby approved for Holiday Stationstores, Inc., 9700 Betty Crocker
Drive for the period through June 30, 1999.
