RESOLUTION NO. 98-420
APPROVING OFF -SALE 3.2 MALT LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
FLEMING COMPANIES, INC., 16705 COUNTY ROAD 424
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale 3.2 malt liquor license
from
Fleming Companies, Inc., 16705 County Road 424; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance
certificates, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been conducted and no reason for denial was found.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth
that an off -sale 3.2 malt liquor license is hereby approved for Fleming Companies, Inc.,
16705 County Road 424 for the period through June 30, 1999.
