RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 419
RESOLUTION APPROVING RELEASE OF RETAINAGE FOR
BEN FRANKLIN ELECTRIC
WHEREAS, Ben Franklin has completed all of their items on the Plymouth Ice Center Project,
and
WHEREAS, staff has recommended approval and release of the final retainage for the
Plymouth Ice Center Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY
COUNCIL that the Finance Director is authorized to make payment in the amount of $5,666
to Ben Franklin Electric for work completed on the Plymouth Ice Center Project.
Adopted by the City Council on July 8, 1998.
