RESOLUTION NO. 98 — 385
APPROVING CHANGE ORDERS 2 AND 3 AND
FINAL PAYMENT FOR WEST MEDICINE LAKE PICNIC SHELTERS
WHEREAS, Thor Constriction was responsible for building four open air picnic shelters at West Medicine
Lake Park, and
WHEREAS, the City has agreed to two change orders, and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $850 and Change Order No. 3 in the deduct amount of
$3,135 are correct, and
WHEREAS, Thor Constriction has completed all work on the shelters and has requested final payment for
said shelters,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that:
Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $850 and Change Order No. 3 in the deduct amount of $3,135, and
final payment in the amount of $5,859.13 are hereby approved.
Adopted by the City Council on June 24, 1998.
