RESOLUTION NO. 98 — 384
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 16 TO S. R. WEIDEMA CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the Wayzata School District has a contract with S. R. Weidema Corporation for providing
services at the City's Elm Creek Playfield, and
WHEREAS, it was agreed that S. R. Weidema would terminate their contract and not complete the seeding of
the five soccer fields at the Elm Creek Playfield, and
WHEREAS, a price was negotiated in the deduct amount of $12,500 for the deletion of this work:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that the
contract with S. R. Weidema Corporation is hereby approved to be reduced in the amount of $12,500.
Adopted by the City Council on June 24, 1998.
