RESOLUTION NO. 98-381
APPROVING AGREEMENT
CELLNET DATA SERVICES (MSP), INC.
ZACHARY WATER TOWER ANTENNAS
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously adopted a policy statement regarding the use of
City owned land for wireless telecommunciation antennas and towers; and
WHEREAS, the City received an application from Cellnet Data Services (MSP), Inc. to
locate antennas on the Zachary Water Tower; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared by the City Attorney which would allow
Cellnet Data Services (MSP), Inc. to have the antennas on the City Zachary Water Tower.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized
to enter into the agreements with Cellnet Data Services (MSP), Inc. to locate communication
antennas on the Zachary Water Towers.
Adopted by the City Council on June 24, 1998.
