RESOLUTION NO. 98-377
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION OF
PART OF THE DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS WITHIN
LOTS 21 AND 22, BLOCK 3, FAWN CREEK ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Dennis Arne has
petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following drainage and utility easements:
Those drainage and utility easements granted to the City of Plymouth in the plat of
FAWN CREEK, Hennepin County, Minnesota which adjoin the common lot line
of Lots 21 and 22, Block 3, of said FAWN CREEK.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of July 22,
1998 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as
the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to
publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council on June 24, 1998.
