RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 376
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO
SIGN THE AMENDED DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR
CONOR MEADOWS PLAT TWO (96150)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Development Contract for Conor Meadows Plat
Two Addition between Janco and the City of Plymouth on September 10, 1997, Resolution
No. 97-530; and
WHEREAS, Centex Homes has purchased the property from Janco; and
WHEREAS, Centex Homes was required to sign an amended Development Contract for
Conor Meadows Plat Two to indicate that Centex Homes will be doing the site development
in place of Janco.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to
sign the amended Development Contract identifying Centex Homes, a Nevada General
Partnership, as the developer of Conor Meadows Plat Two.
Adopted by the City Council on June 24, 1998.
