RESOLUTION NO. 98-365
CHANGE ORDER SFG TECHNOLOGIES
CONTRACT WITH GOVERN SOFTWARE
WHEREAS, the City is involved in a two-year project with SFG Technologies and its former
subsidiary, Govern software to implement new computer systems
WHEREAS, SFG Technologies' UMS utilities system has proven inadequate to the City's needs,
WHEREAS, the City wishes to complete this project without using SFG's UMS utilities system,
AND WHEREAS, the City's implementation of Govern Software's land systems have proven
successfiil,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, THAT THE Mayor and City Manager are authorized
to sign the June 1998 change order with SFG de -contracting the UMS product.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, THAT THE Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign the
June 4, 1998 contract with Govern Software for delivery of land management systems.
Adopted by the City Council on June 24, 1998.
