RESOLUTION 98-358
APPROVING AMENDMENT TO THE SIDEWALK/TRAIL SYSTEM PLAN OF THE
PLYMOUTH COMPREHENSIVE PLAN (98079)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a duly called public hearing on the
amendment and recommends approval.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does amend the Sidewalk/Trail
System Plan of the Plymouth Comprehensive Plan to add two trail segments, as follows:
• west side of Northwest Boulevard between 44"' Avenue and Schmidt Lake Road
• north side of 36"' Avenue between Pilgrim Lane and Zachary Lane
FURTHER, approval of this amendment to the Sidewalk/Trail System Plan of the Comprehensive
Plan is contingent upon, and subject to, the required review and response of the Metropolitan
Council.
ADOPTED by the City Council on June 24, 1998.
