HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1998-357CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 98 - 357 APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR THE ROTTLUND COMPANY, INC. FOR OUTLOT B, PRIME WEST BUSINESS PARK, LOCATED IN THE NORTHWEST QUADRANT OF HIGHWAY 55 AND REVERE LANE (98100) WHEREAS, an application has been filed by The Rottlund Company, Inc. which requests approval of a lot division to divide an existing outlot into two parcels of land; and WHEREAS, the subject property is presently legally described on Attachment One, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof, and WHEREAS, the proposed lot arrangement for which the lot division is sought is as legally described on Attachment Two, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof, and WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for this lot division. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot division for The Rottlund Company, Inc., subject to the following conditions: 1. This resolution approves a lot division for Outlot B, Prime West Business Park, in accordance with the application and plan received by the City on June 1, 1998, except as amended by this resolution. 2. This lot division, as well as all fiiture platting of the subject property, shall comply with the conditions of approval listed in the September 3, 1997 resolution approving the preliminary plat and PUD general plan for The Village at Bassett Creek PUD. This condition shall apply to both Parcel A and Parcel B of this lot division. Resolution 98-357 (98100) Page 2 of 4 3. The frontage road indicated as 6"' Avenue on the approved preliminary plat shall be constricted as part of any development on the Phase II portion (a.k.a. Parcel B of this lot division) of the PUD. 4. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memo. ADOPTED by the City Council on June 24, 1998. STATE OF MINNESOTA) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN) SS. WITNESS my hand officially as such City Clerk and the Corporate seal of the City this day of City Clerk Resolution 98-357 (98100) Page 3 of 4 ATTACHMENT ONE (EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION) Outlot B, PRIME WEST BUSINESS PARK, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, Resolution 98-357 (98100) Page 4 of 4 ATTACHMENT TWO (PROPOSED LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS) PARCEL A (Phase I of The Village of Basset Creek PUD) All that part of Outlot B, PRIME WEST BUSINESS PARK, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying easterly of the following described line and its extensions: Commencing at the northwest corner of said Outlot B; thence on an assumed bearing of North 89 degrees 57 minutes 46 seconds East, along the north line of said Outlot B a distance of 536.72 feet; thence South 01 degrees 44 minutes 34 seconds West, a distance of 1,255.79 feet, to the most southerly corner of said Outlot B, and there terminating. PARCEL B (Phase II of The Village of Basset Creek PUD) All that part of Outlot B, PRIME WEST BUSINESS PARK, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying westerly of the following described line and its extensions: Commencing at the northwest corner of said Outlot B; thence on an assumed bearing of North 89 degrees 57 minutes 46 seconds East, along the north line of said Outlot B a distance of 536.72 feet; thence South 01 degrees 44 minutes 34 seconds West, a distance of 1,255.79 feet, to the most southerly corner of said Outlot B, and there terminating.
