RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 347
APPROVING WETLAND MITIGATION AND REPLACEMENT PLAN
ZACHARY LANE RECONSTRUCTION
36TH AVE. TO BASS LAKE ROAD (COUNTY RD. 10)
CITY PROJECT 5030
WHEREAS, the City proposes to fill wetlands for the construction of Zachary Lane
Reconstruction; and
WHEREAS, there are no reasonable alternatives for the location of the project; and
WHEREAS, all unavoidable wetland impacts will be provided for by the Minnesota
Board of Water and Soil Resources (BWSR), under the requirements of Minnesota
Rules 8420.0540.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the
LGU'S Findings of Facts, approving the filling of wetlands for the Zachary Lane
Reconstruction Road Project.
Adopted by the City Council on June 3, 1998.
