AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION FROM THE WETLAND CONSERVATION ACT
WATERFORD PARK PROPERTY,
NW CORNER OF HYW. 169 & HWY. 55.
SE SE SECTION 36, T1 18N, R 22W
WHEREAS, United Properties proposes to fill portions of an on-site wetland, and
WHEREAS, the filling of this type of wetland is exempt from the Minnesota Wetland
Conservation Act under activities in a wetland created solely as a result of actions
by public or private entities that were taken for a purpose other than creating the
wetland (Incidental Wetlands, 8420.0122 Subp. 5).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute
the Certificate of Exemption Form for United Properties.
