RESOLUTION 98 - 344
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR BRUGGEMAN
COMPANIES FOR LOTS 1-4, BLOCK 7, HARRISON PLACE ON BASS CREEK

WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Bruggeman Companies which
requests approval of a lot division/lot consolidation to divide and consolidate
four parcels of land, as legally described on Attachment One, attached hereto
and hereby made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot arrangement for which the lot division/lot
consolidation is sought is as legally described on Attachment Two, attached
hereto and hereby made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the lot
division/lot consolidation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does
approve the lot division/lot consolidation for Bruggeman Companies, subject to
the following conditions:
1. This resolution approves a lot division/lot consolidation for Lots 1-4, Block 7,
Harrison Place on Bass Creek, in accordance with the plans received by the
City on May 15, 1998.
2. No building permits shall be issued until the lot division/lot consolidation is
recorded with Hennepin County.
ADOPTED by the City Council on June 3, 1998.
