RESOLUTION 98 - 343
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR JAN WENTLAND
FOR LOTS 3 AND 5, BLOCK 5, ROCKFORD GLEN (98078)
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Jan Wentland which requests
approval of a lot division/lot consolidation to adjust a property line, as legally
described on Attachment One, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof;
and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot arrangement for which the lot division/lot
consolidation is sought is as legally described on Attachment Two, attached
hereto and hereby made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the lot
division/lot consolidation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does
approve the lot division/lot consolidation for Jan Wentland, subject to the
following conditions:
1. This resolution approves a lot division/lot consolidation for Lots 3 and 5,
Block 5, Rockford Glen, in accordance with the plans received by the City on
April 30, 1998.
2. No building permits shall be issued for Lot 5 until the lot division/lot
consolidation is recorded with Hennepin County.
ADOPTED by the City Council on June 3, 1998.
