RESOLUTION 98 - 342
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR DENNIS AND FERN
ARNE FOR LOTS 21 AND 22, BLOCK 3, FAWN CREEK (98084)
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Dennis and Fern Arne which
requests approval of a lot division/lot consolidation to adjust a property line, as
legally described on Attachment One, attached hereto and hereby made a part
hereof; and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot arrangement for which the lot division/lot
consolidation is sought is as legally described on Attachment Two, attached
hereto and hereby made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the lot
division/lot consolidation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does
approve the lot division/lot consolidation for Dennis and Fern Arne, subject to
the following conditions:
1. This resolution approves a lot division/lot consolidation for Lots21 and 22,
Block 3, Fawn Creek, in accordance with the plans received by the City on
May 8, 1998.
2. No building permits shall be issued for Lot 22 until the lot division/lot
consolidation is recorded with Hennepin County.
ADOPTED by the City Council on June 3, 1998.

Lot 21 Block 3 of said FAWN CREEK which lies northerly and northeasterly of
the following described line:
Commencing at the most westerly corner of said Lot 21; thence North 88
degrees 55 minutes 36 seconds East, along the north line of said Lot 21, 207.78
feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence South 36
degrees 06 minutes 27 seconds East, 40.85 feet; thence South 83 degrees 43
minutes 12 seconds East, 97.08 feet to the east line of said Lot 21 where said
line terminates.
